RainFocus Announces Registration and Call for Speakers for INSIGHT 2026

Annual flagship event to start in fall 2025, bringing together leaders from events, marketing, technology, and more

LEHI, Utah, August 20, 2025 RainFocus™, provider of the next-generation event marketing platform, today announced that the registration and call for speakers for RainFocus INSIGHT 2026 are now live. The annual INSIGHT conference brings together professionals from the events, marketing, and technology industries to engage with peers in interactive sessions, learn from leaders, and discover the latest data, trends, and transformative solutions. The program kicks off in November with a series of virtual events leading up to the hybrid INSIGHT conference Jan. 20–22, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City and online. 

“This year, we’re putting even more of an emphasis on personalizing the attendee experience,” said Rodney Hart, VP of events at RainFocus. “We’re experimenting with new formats and content tracks, with more details to be announced later. I’m excited for what we have in store and can’t wait to be back together with the best in the industry.”

Key Dates:

  • INSIGHT Premiere: Nov. 5, 2025 (VIRTUAL) — INSIGHT 2026 kicks off with the unveiling of RainFocus’ latest Events and Marketing Strategy Survey findings. Attendees can explore the full session catalog, learn about new AI-driven event tools, and start earning points in the event game.
  • INSIGHT Preparation: Jan. 14, 2026 (VIRTUAL) — Discover tips to maximize the INSIGHT experience, preview on-site activations, connect with fellow participants, and receive expert travel recommendations for Salt Lake City.
  • INSIGHT Conference: Jan. 20–22, 2026 (HYBRID) — The main conference in Salt Lake City will feature visionary keynotes, expert-led breakouts, hands-on workshops, networking lounges, and collaborative roundtables. Virtual attendees can enjoy live-streamed sessions, keynotes, and more. 
  • INSIGHT Encore: Feb. 4, 2026 (VIRTUAL) — Gain access to post-event metrics, insights, and best practices as RainFocus leaders review event impact data and share highlights from across the program.
