The annual RainFocus INSIGHT conference begins next Monday! Whether you’ll be joining us in Utah or plan to tune in virtually, we’re excited to join you for a week of inspiring keynotes, expert panels, networking, and much more. If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time. With less than a week to go, we’d like to highlight a few of our most anticipated hybrid sessions.

The conference will begin at 9 a.m. MT on Jan. 30 with a keynote session featuring our president, Doug Baird, and CEO, JR Sherman. They will be accompanied by Nick Shroff, senior director of global tech partners at Adobe. Together, they’ll discuss this year’s theme, “Unifying Experiences,” and how it relates to the successes of RainFocus’ clients and partners.

Following their session, you’ll learn how to drive efficiency across your event channel from a group of expert panelists, including Allison Crooker (VMware), Naomi Clare (Storycraft Lab), Beau Beckner (Databricks), and Sarah Mills (Twitch). In addition, this panel will offer suggestions for reducing overhead and increasing personalization.

One of our key objectives for INSIGHT is to bring to light the powerful solutions we are developing to simplify complex event programs in a rapidly evolving industry. Discover what our plans are for the rest of 2023 on Tuesday in our product and client success roadmap session led by our chief technology officer, Travis Cushing, and chief customer officer, Brian Wilson.

After that, we’ll have our second panel titled “Using Events to Power Growth in Uncertain Times.” This panel will discuss the return to in-person events, budget scrutiny, and the need to demonstrate ROI from events. Panelists for this session include Stephanie Rogers (Deltek), Alison Cassetari (Rodan + Fields), Zach Bosin (Bluejeans by Verizon), and Christina Abou-Chalha (Informatica).

We’ll close the conference on Wednesday with a fireside chat between JR Sherman and RainFocus board director Alicia Tillman. These experts will outline the current state of the events industry and discuss how events are evolving to elevate customer experiences. It’s a session you won’t want to miss!

In addition to these sessions, we’ll be hosting a number of breakouts and workshops in person. Our most popular breakouts will be recorded and made available on demand after the conference. Log in to your attendee portal to add these sessions to your event agenda.

If you are joining us in Salt Lake City, be sure to save time to check out some of the local attractions, too. For shopping, you can visit City Creek Center or historic Trolley Square. We also recommend the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and Temple Square. You can even discover your roots at the Family Search Library. For drinks, join us Monday at Lake Effect, or visit other popular bars such as Purgatory or Keys on Main (a dueling piano bar). Food will be served at the event, but if you are looking for something unique, try one of Utah’s most popular restaurants, Red Iguana (pro tip — go to Red Iguana #2 for better seating).
If you haven’t registered yet for INSIGHT, there’s still time to join in! Visit the INSIGHT website to register here and get all the info you need for a great experience.
